Nick Solitro represented me in an OUI matter where i was involved in serious auto accident. A week previous to accident I suffered a brain injury ( ensephalopathy ) and my wife informed by wife I was acting very odd and out of sorts. Nice was awesome in identifying that the police could not issue ticket as I lacked the mental faculties at that time. Nice wored tirelessly to work with the RI Attorney General's office getting the charge and all related nonsense matters dismissed! Totally satisfied with everything and would recommend to EVREVERY!!
