You always feel you are on top of the situation with him. If you call him he gets back to you if he is not available within a day at most usually the same day but usually within a few hours. He never guesses he deals with the law straight up and tells you how it is and tries to give you as many options as possible and leaves it up to the client to decide. If Paul is not sure about something he will research it and explain how he came up with the information and where and never guesses on anything.
