“I can confirm this. Basically, he does not accept checks but only Zelle and I assume cash. He was clear he needed to be paid in full before he would start work for me. I do acknowledge that once he received his money he did serve the tenant right away. However, after this initial action it's like he forgot who I was. When nothing further happened for weeks, I called him and he did not remember the case and I had to remind him. It finally took 6 weeks to get a court date on this time sensitive matter.”
