“They offered me templates that I found out I did not need because I wasn't given the chance to review them before purchase. I was a little bit pressured and felt taken advantage of. I was told my vacancy letter that I already provided was wrong and Mr. Conti raised his voice at me and would not let me speak when I called to try to resolve this issue.”
