Last year I made the mistake of submitting my status change by myself without professional guidance and due to that I received a request for inicial evidence from USCIS, I found Mr. Russell online and it was the best decision I made. He was very professional and helped me and my husband pretty quickly and effectively. We contacted Russ to help us navigate the US immigration process. Russ was a pleasure to work with. At our first meeting, he clearly outlined the process that we would be going through. He made sure we had all the required documentation he would need to help us fill out our paperwork. He also explained the realistic timeline we were looking at while my husband waited for his permenant residence. Russ kept in contact with us from start to finish. Between email and phone calls, it was always easy to reach out and ask any questions we had.
