Just hired Rory for the 3rd time, this time for a family member. He responded to my phone call in less than 10 seconds, confirmed that he would be there at the court date. But the first thing he said was "Is everyone ok?".
I have been referring him out to people for years now, and everyone thanks me for recommending him every time.
