I normally do not post reviews, as l am always super busy running in different directions in one of my roles, or many of them, and probably at the same time, just like most of us... However, I must not only rate Attorney Chad Bank, as a 5 star, but I feel compelled to share my experience in an attempt to get the attention of anyone seeking a lawyer. We all make bad decisions, as we are human, and when we do, or when our children, husband, family or friend makes a bad decision, we need a lawyer who recognizes that the bad decision doesn’t define who we are. Attorney Chad Bank, actually said those words to me and reminded me, we all make bad decisions, and they don’t define who we are.... I never thought I would ever be arrested and have charges, but it happened. I was referred to Chad and he didn’t know me. However, he made himself available to me immediately and as I was being arrested, I was instructed on exactly what to do, when to do it, and what not to say... To have an attorney check on you, to make sure things went ok, at the police station is a feeling of confidence that you have chosen the right attorney who actually cares about you and the outcome of your charges. Your just not treated as a case, but a person. And again, I had never met Attorney Chad Bank, yet I felt like I had always had him on retainer as he was so available and took the time to speak to me on the phone many times and made me aware of exactly what the strategy was. I met Attorney Bank in court, and I knew exactly what his plan was and what the strategy was. Like I said, he briefed me and I knew exactly what was going to happen. That’s a feeling of comfort knowing exactly what the plan was and I had assured confidence in him. In the courtroom, he treated me with the utmost respect and treated me more like a friend, who he was helping and was willing to go the distance for. I watched him in the courtroom and his confidence and friendliness with everyone was a character trait of strength and assurance. Many times, attorneys are arrogant and very dismissive and treat people that way. Attorney Bank I would say is kind like a lamb and fierce like a lion and that’s what you want for sure. I stood beside Attorney Bank, before the Judge, and I saw his courage to stand before the Judge with his client on his side, asking with boldness and a determination to make what’s in his clients best interest happen. What was in my best interest mattered to him and he was going to get it done for me, his client. Attorney Bank “was” the catalyst and the “only” reason, I had a victorious outcome of my two charges being dismissed. He had a strategy. It’s obviously not a good feeling having been arrested, being on bail, and having criminal charges.... In closing, if it could happen to me it could happen to anyone, and that’s the truth.... That “anyone” may be yourself, your husband or wife, your child, family or friend... If it has happened, and you are here looking for a lawyer, I can assure you that I wouldn’t be writing this review, and praising this man for getting my two criminal charges absolutely dismissed and erased from my record, if I thought he was just alright and if I thought he wasn’t the real cause of the criminal cases being dismissed, I wouldn’t be writing this.... But he was 100% the reason and he will strategize right before your eyes... If your looking for the right lawyer to help yourself, or your husband or wife, child, family or friend, I can promise you, in this lawyer, Chad Bank, you will have found your dream team. Obviously, I am very grateful as I am praising this attorney. But, if you’ve ever had criminal charges one day, and the next all dismissed and your record cleared you, too, will experience the gratitude of being free and clear and will want to shout it from the mountain tops, as I do... Lastly, with regard to legal fees, I didn’t think he charged me enough for his services and it’s not like I was a friend he was helping out. He didn’t know me. Sincerely, Robin M. Rhode Island

I heard from a friend that Chad Banks was at their term a beast. The definition of beast is an animal a go getter someone who goes in and gets the job done. Not only was he flexible with me but he took my case with 2 days notice and he told me i would be ok and i was a bit sketchy and didnt believe him i had no choice but to go and trust in him. Low and behold i really had nothing to worry about he really did his job and did what i thought couldnt be done. I am very happy with the job he did for me. I would highly recommend him for a lawyer. Susan was great!! Her fees are reasonable, she’s compassionate, and has integrity, traits hard to find in a lawyer. Susan handled my unemployment case and we won. Im very thankful for her services.

Didn't work well for me or my children. I hired him for a cps case in juvenile court. 7 months later nothing😡 he never looked into my case at all but charged me $500 for having conversations with the person I needed my custody back from and 2 sets of blank paperwork.. I think he bits more than he can chew. He left children in an abusive situation.

I can’t thank Attorney Kilroy enough for helping me thru my domestic dispute. He told me how and when things would happen and was there for me every step of the way.
