I highly recommend Chad to anyone in need of legal guidance and assistance. He recently helped me with a domestic vandalism case and it was dismissed. I recommend Chad Banks for anyone in need of a good Defense Attorney. I met him two weeks ago and my case is already expunged and dismissed. He is available at all hours to answer any questions or concerns you may have. When he tells you he is going to take care of the problem he truly means it. Received Chad's information from a friend after being arrested on DUI. I was scared, nervous and didn't know what to do. I called Chad and within minutes of talking to him , I immediately felt better. He explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect when I went to court. Not only did he take care of my case but he helped me with another legal matter that I was dealing with. No matter what kind of criminal case you have Chad is the man!!! Can't say enough good things about this office. They will always tell it to you straight about your case. They are going to fight for you and be relentless until you get the best possible deal, and more often than not have it dropped. If you get a DUI or arrest see them ASAP. Chad and Rory are able to put your mind at ease and explain what to do in your situation, it seems like there isn't any type of case they don't know how to handle. When you or your family has questions they are always able to answer the phone. There also used to be a pretty good looking law clerk there but I don't know where he went.

Once again Chad came through for me! I had a criminal case that I needed help with, got Chad's number from a friend and gave him a call. Had a meeting set up for the next day. Not only did Chad calm me down but explained each step that was going to take place. I am not going to lie, I called Chad a lot with a ton of questions, and each time he answered them and told me not to worry that when ever I had a question I could call him day or night. He meant it, I've had to call him late at night and he answered with no hesitation and once again answered all my questions.
