Chad Banks is a man of his word. I contacted Chad on a Saturday night 3 months ago to help me with my husbands violation. I called 6 law firms that night he was the only one to call me back. He assured me that everything was going to be OK and not to worry, considering my lack of faith in lawyers I was skeptical. Monday came and I met Chad at the courthouse and was ammazed. Bail was set and my husband was released something you rarely see when faced with a violation in This state. Chad promised no jail time and delivered. I have used many lawyers in the past and seen people spend far more than I did and end up with horrible results. Chad Banks is the best lawyer in Rhode Island and has the greatest personality he makes you comfortable with knowing he is representing you.

My case was high profile.I found myself on the news and sitting behind bars. At a time where i felt as though i was ready to lose all hope,Chad (as well as his team) brought comfort to my situation. He kept my family updated on my case as well as meeting with me before every court appearance, down in the holding cell. I never second guessed him or any of his decisions. I always felt as though he had my best interest at heart. After being released, chad made sure i was on top of my case and court appearances just as much as he. Hes a life saver! I mean, when you walk in the court room and the judge takes time to compliment your suit ,noticing how sharp and well put together you are...Its got to say something! He's "THE MAN"! If you ever find yourself in a situation,call CHAD! He's your guy!

Unfortunately for the situation, but fortunately for the third time I have been lucky enough to have Chad's experience in litigation and court. Chad is the go to person for any situations that arise. He is always punctual through the entire process and there when in need. I highly recommend him for any situation.

Chad helped me to get a 5 year drug charge reduced to 18 months while I was still on probation for similar charges. He always responded to questions I had quickly and was straightforward with all his answer. I would recommend he to anybody looking for an aggressive and committed lawyer.

I didn't think my kids would ever need a lawyer, but they did and Chad got their charges dismissed. If you're a parent and find yourself in this situation, call Chad. If he can't answer your call, he calls you right back. He kept us updated while going through the process and takes the time to answer all your questions. Very well known in court too, which is a big help. Public defenders are great, but the stack of cases they had on their table makes me wonder how much time they can spend on each case. That was not a concern with Chad; he really spent the time of their cases to get the best result. Now, thanks to Chad, they can learn from this and move on with a clean slate.

I got arrested with 3 felony intent to deliver charges and was looking at least 6 months in jail and couldn't do any jail time due to new job, Chad and his team got that brought down to 8 months probation and 8 months suspended sentence.

Chad and Rory did a wonderful job covering a family matter of mine; they were patient and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and understood the proceedings and outcome. Hello my name is Cristalis and when nobody would do anything to help my fiance' Chad Banks was the only one who would help. When everybody said they couldnt get him the least amount of time Chad Banks did. i have no complaints at all with Chads performance and i would highly recommend him to anybody because he actually stands by his word.
