Chad has represented my brother on all types of diffrent charges, misdorminors, felonys, traffic courts...my brother was arrested 9 time in 2 yrs some while out on bail and probation and people always wondered why my brother was so lucky and never served time. Chad Banks is (The Man) can't go wrong with a lawyer like him by your side.

We were referred to Attorney Bank from a family member who had used him in the past. My brother was arrested at 130 am for a DUI. I called Mr. Bank at 2 am & he actually answered the phone. He said he would call the police department & call me back & he did! I told him that we were not financially stable & he was very understanding. He said not to worry & suggested we meet him in court the next morning. He was in court first thing & showed concerns about my brothers case. We discussed the financial responsibilities & he made a payment plan that suited us. He worked diligently on my brothers case for the next 2 months. He found some discrepancies in the states case ultimately leading to the case being dismissed. We will remain forever grateful for Mr. Bank & his professional services. The experience we had with Chad was superior. He managed to get reduced sentence, and moved from ACI to rehab. He stuck with the case for months thru various hearings in court and meetings at ACI. Attorney Chad Bank was amazingly helpful and provided me "peace of mind" on an unexpected turn of events on a late Saturday afternoon in March 2015. A close family member was arrested following an accident and charged with driving under the influence and a refusal and was being retained at the Police Station.
