This is John Freitas posting on my girlfriends Google account. I was going through a rough patch with my old lawyer and I felt like I wasn’t getting the correct representation. I began to shop around top lawyers and came across Noah Kilroy. He was texting me at around midnight when I was being introduced to him. He told me more information in ten minutes on the phone than what my previous lawyer told me in two weeks. Noah took my two cases on a one day notice and was able to keep me out of jail because of a potential bail violation. There’s no doubt in my mind if I had stuck with my old lawyer, I would have been held for at least ten days. Noah knows his way around the court room and has a lot of connections in the courthouse. He knew the prosecutor that was potentially going to send me to the ACI as a bail violator. He also knew one of the judges that was on my case as well. Noah is worth his weight in gold. He was constantly updating me, always responsive, and a pleasure to work with. My ONLY complaint was one time he didn’t get back to me for a couple of days but that was because he had caught COVID. Noah wants to win cases not just settle. At first I had an opportunity for a filing, but Noah wasn’t happy with that because that wasn’t winning in his eyes. Noah was able to negotiate for my two misdemeanor charges no filing, and both charges were dismissed. I am VERY HAPPY with my representation with Noah Kilroy. He is the best lawyer I have ever encountered. If I need a lawyer in the future, I know who I will be texting right away. Don’t learn the lesson I learned the hard way. Do not get a cheap lawyer! Pay up and get a quality lawyer the first time. My only regret is that I had not hired Noah the first time! God bless you Noah and thank you for everything you did for me.

*Please read post script below. Chad was personable when I met him for the initial introduction. He seemed like a straight forward guy and I was happy to have him on my side. Everything changed when I found out it was not Chad that was going to be personally representing me in court. Another gentleman named James was my representation, again very personable, so I was ok with it. The arraignment was no problem. Simple "guilty" or "not guilty" plea (I I wanted to do this myself but was advised heavily to get an attorney). From then everything went silent. Getting any information from anyone was like pulling teeth. I didn't find out I was due in court until the day before I was required to be there. I had just gotten out of the hospital so I had to postpone. I got my DUI in September 2021. My first court date was scheduled in December 2021 (got a call the day after I got out of the hospital that I needed to be in court the next day) so I had to postpone and we ended up doing it in January 2022. A plea of nolo contedere was entered (no contest). I was sentence to 60 days hard loss, 90 days interlock, 20 hours community service, an alcohol counselling program (judge agreed that if I could get professional clearance that counselling was "not required" then I could submit that instead but when I tried to do that it was "never put into my case documents" and I was forced to do alcohol counselling anyway), and $1200 dollars in fines (my bac as greater than .15 so the sentence was harsher). The only thing that was beneficial because I got an attorney was the fact that the judge didn't give me probation. James seemed caught off guard when the judge even brought it up. She literally said "due to the relationship you have here in this court, I am going to waive the probation". I feel like a lawyer who knows the process would have known that the judge would normally give someone 1 year probation in this circumstance and would have discussed this prior to the hearing in the plea bargaining stage. After the hearing is where it really went down hill. All communication stopped. I was not given any assistance with the process of getting my license back after my hearing. The process of dealing with MA vs RI (my dui was in RI and I have a MA license) was an absolute nightmare. Chad assured me he would be assisting me with this process but I literally could not get them to help me in any way. Due to all the confusion, misinformation, and lack of communication. I was not able to get my license reinstated in both states until JUNE 09th 2022. SIX MONTHS when I as supposed to be back on the road in 60 days. I would not recommended The Law Office of Chad F Bank to anyone. I felt mishandled and forgotten. I wasn't given any assistance after my court appearance when I was assured it would be handled "start to finish". I have such distain for their office due to the way this has affected my life over the past HALF A YEAR. * After sending Chad my review he has apologized, taken full responsibility, offered to do whatever it takes to make things right, and waived the remainder of what was owed on my account ($2000).

Noah kilroy did a fantastic job with my case, I was stressed throughout but he kept assuring me everything was going to be alright, and sure enough after only a few court visits it's like nothing ever happened. You need a lawyer hire him for sure!

Noah Kilroy is the best attorney you could ask for he’s affordable, knowledgeable, and most importantly effective in court. I’m 22 now and he’s kept me out of jail for years now since I was 16 evennnn when it looked like that was the only outcome that was going to come about at court, he’s absolutely brilliant with how he goes about being your defense attorney. I recommend him to all my friends and family for the simple reason he is the best at what he does, your money will not be wasted I can promise you that! Everything in the court system he explains to you completely and makes sure you completely understand everything that’s going on. I don’t even consider him my lawyer I consider him my big brother that keeps me out of trouble🤣 , he’s a completely down to earth dude and doesn’t feel like he’s above you. Noah Kilroy is hands down the best lawyer you could ever hire and extremely affordable and knowledgeable. Noah is very easy to work with as well as himself being easy going and laid back. He knows what is in the best interest for his clients & lets his clients know what options they have available before just going ahead and pursuing an option that is only best and easiest for a lawyer.
