Chad Banks is the man to go to! He does exactly what he says he going to do, he is very responsive, and will keep you informed every step of the way. My husband was facing going back to jail for a minimum or 2 years for an outstanding warrant for carrying a firearm without a license which is taken very seriously. We were literally at the point of turning my husband in when we found Chad and he ensured us my husband would not spend a day in jail. We aren’t from Rhode Island and he guaranteed us we would only need to come to town for nothing more than to sign paperwork. Within a few days Chad was able to talk to the prosecutors, get my husband a deal that only consisted of probation, and the warrant lifted. My husband did not spend a single day in jail. We will forever be grateful for what he did for our family. We can now continue on with our lives! Thank you so much Chad our family will never forget you!

I wanted to say thank you to Chad and his firm for taking care of my son. My son was accused of a crime that could’ve Changed his life for good.
