I hired Tom a month ago for a criminal case, right away I knew he was the right person . Always answered my questions and was very respectful to me if I ever had to I would deff call him again I got the outcome I wanted 💪🏼

Thomas Thomasian represented me for a misdemeanor charge and throughout the entire time made me feel calm and confident about the procedure... For someone going through the court process for the first time this was extremely helpful and kept me sane throughout. Not only that, but he was in contact but not overbearing - always available when I needed a question answered or just some reassurance. As far as the charge goes, he was able to help me get the charges dismissed and I would 100% recommend this gentleman for anyone who needs strong defense representation. If I could I would give 6 stars instead of 5.

I hired Tom to help me with a criminal DUI case in Rhode Island. From the first half hour zoom call, I knew I was in the right hands! Tom made sure I knew my rights, and that the cops had a failure in their procedure. Tom was able to get my case dismissed right after my preliminary hearing. Lawyer Tom made me feel like I was his first priority as a client. If i were ever to find myself in legal trouble or traffic court in Rhode Island again, Tom would be the first person I would call!

This is one amazing lawyer! When seeking a lawyer I called Toms office not even 15 minutes later he called me back directly! He’s very knowledgeable and honest! He will not take your money unless he believes he can help you! If he says he can take his word for it. He got my case expunged and dismissed! I only attended one court date Tom took care of the rest! I spoke to a couple of lawyers but after speaking with Tom I knew I was choosing the right lawyer! Trust me when I tell you this is a lawyer who will not just take your money and lie to you and run you through the ringer! Terrible experience with Thomas Thomasian would’ve been better off with a public attorney. I won’t go into detail for confidentiality purposes. Would not recommend.
