In September 2016 I was referred to Tom by a prior coworker of his and words cannot express how much I appreciated his professional services. Tom was extremely understanding and supportive from the moment I shook his hand. He was always thorough, clear and concise when explaining my case options and legal rights. I have never left his office or got off a call with unanswered questions. Easy to reach but a busy man, he has never failed to follow up with me when I called or texted. Passionate, kind, and considerate with an obvious hunger to defend me, I could not have chosen a better lawyer. A Truly Brilliant Compassionate Lawyer In the summer of 2016 I found myself being made an example of by local RI police surrounding a new law “boating while under the influence”. The circumstances of my arrest were so bizarre and over the top in the way local authorities treated me I was beyond upset. Being a middle aged business man that had never been arrested and always respected and supported our public safety officers and officials, this event made me realize not all are good.
