I called to ask a question about an estate issue and even tho I don't need a lawyer for this issue he still took the time to answer my questions in detail and I was very satisfied with how he didn't just answer my question but made sure I understood the answer too, if he's that way with someone who just called for a question then that's a great lawyer who isn't just about money but is also in it to help people

I am afraid i must disagree with all of the positive feedback. It took 3.5 years to find the full effects of Mr. Hamers incompetence. He allowed himself to led around by the opposing council and ultimately allowed my half sister to get away with financial eldery abuse. His refusal to go after the finances immediately against my direct opposition allowed a woman to seize all of my family's estate and opened the flood gates of pure viciousness. He didnt even get my co personal representative papers right as he made it so any information i requested could be blocked by the other representative and unfortunately was the one stealing and seizing assets. He charged triple of what he was owed when I fired him and unless i paid him my co personal representative would be blocked. Interestingly enough he went to school with the opposing counsel in RI. I cannot caution you enough.
