I had a serious injury from fall and Tim Lynch was vital and instrumental in my winning the case. I followed all of his advisements and every one was correct and was sound advice. I recommend Tim Lynch without hesitation. He represented me in a complex personal injury case, that was complicated by issues of federal law, workers’ compensation and Rhode Island tort law. Initially, the insurance company completely involved completely denied my claim and refused to compensate me one cent. Attorney Lynch filed a lawsuit and pushed my case through discovery and liligation. He never gave up. When it became clear that the insurance company was going to lose at trial. Attorney Lyncj was able to get them to pay the maximum amount under the insurance policy limits. I am absolutely thrilled with the result and was able to recover much more than I expected. Resolution of this case has helped me put my life back on tract. I will be forever grateful for the hard work and persistence of my attorney.

Tim was my lawyer for a car accident case. It was not an easy case, as I was unclear in my police report and the other driver, who lied in his statement, was very clear. Mr Lynch appears to be mild mannered, but you will want him on your side in a personal injury or malpractice case.
