My case concluded a few years ago, but went through some old emails and realized I never left a review. Alex conducted himself very professionally, and explained everything that was going to happen and what would be the best course of action for me. I was a recent college grad at the time and it was a complicated case. However, Alex was able to pull through with the best case scenario and I am nothing but thankful and appreciative for all the work he put in while representing my case! Thank you Alex!

I came upon the Bellotti Law Group, which Alexander Asermely is a part of, through the internet. I took a chance because being from out of state I just didn't know. I contacted the firm and they put me in touch with Mr. Asermely. I explained my situation and provided pertinent information. Mr. Asermely was very professional and understanding and assure me that he would mount the adequate argument on my behalf. The date of the hearing came and my fate was in his hands. I could not be present which added a degree of difficulty and frankly I couldn't call it. I received a phone call from Mr. Asermely telling me the good news and I was very relieved. I called Mr Asermely with what is likely a fairly trivial issue to him, a traffic violation which was overdue. He contacted me immediately, spoke to people at the DMV, and called me back within an hour with an answer to my problem. The day before, I spoke with a different attorney at a different firm who said he would get back to me, never did and then never answered multiple emails. The difference between the two lawyers in so far as responsiveness and customer service could not have been more obvious.

After winning the initial magistrate case, a state officer representative appealed the decision. On the 2nd court date the attorney was able to show the court that even though 2 state officers testified, that my prior record and recollection of the traffic violations were every bit as valid as the officers raising enough doubt for the court to see my side and drop all charges.

Alex was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I thought he was great and in fact have already recommended him to another person. He was available for my calls and was always patient and took the time explain our strategy. He took my case very seriously even though I am sure that this was a relatively boring thing for him. He took the time to prepare in advance and his fees were exactly as he outlined and I got my money's worth.

Alex was very confident from the first conversation I had with him over the phone, he also showed up at the courthouse about 45 minutes early to go over his notes from our earlier conversation and he was very well prepared with enough information to argue my case . I was very pleased .

Alex was patient in listening to my troubles. I had an issue that took 23 years to come up. He made a few suggestions at the end of our first interview. He followed up on all and came up with a good game plan. He did the tedious process of going through the court documents and speaking with as many as he could to determine the troubles that needed attention. Even though I knew I was not his only client, he made me feel like I was, and took care of the matter. I will use him again if needed and will recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney. As Alex is representing the Bellotti firm, I believe they have chosen a good attorney to work for the people.

Worked with Alex on a traffic case. It was a tricky case. Alex was very well prepared and presented a very well thought out argument to the judge. Alex was both a fantastic guy, and stellar lawyer. Easily the most comfortable And confident I have felt while in a court room. In short time was able to explain my scituation to the DA and have me acquitted of all charges (this is tremendous feat considering my driving record).
