During a difficult time, such as a divorce, you want Elisha in your corner. She is smart, attentive, and quick to action. Elisha is so poised and professional that you will be proud to have her as your representation. Elisha helps break down complicated matters, and is always available by phone or email to review outstanding questions or issues.

Just do it, pay the retainer, it’s worth it. You’ll always have the upper hand; the more reasonable proposals, the better articulated documentation, the more personal lawyer-to-client relationship, etc. If you’re overwhelmed and anxious and cut her off seventy-five times, she speaks calmly the seventy-sixth time, even though you don’t deserve it, because shes really there for you. She’s just the whole package, already in the court room before you or the other party get there, ready to carry you through the darkness. I wish I was kidding, but it’s actually that dramatic.

I retained Attorney Morris when I decided that I wanted to try to get custody of my children and also needed to handle a business matter related to my divorce. Elisha was incredibly thorough and used all the information in trying to get the business matter and custody matter handled in my favor. It was a long process because the State was involved with the children also, but Elisha stayed the course and kept me informed of developments every step of the way. Elisha is professional, courteous, compassionate and knowledgeable. If a 10 star rating was an option I would gladly apply it to my experience with Elisha as my attorney.

The title of my review should be enough. Elisha L Morris was the best choice I made in obtaining representation for my divorce. And if I ever find myself needing the same representation again (I hope not to), I would hire Elisha again. Divorce "sucks", but Elisha made the legal and administrative paperwork -part "suck" less. Elisha was (1) helpful (which, during a life event such as divorce, is often nonexistent), (2) effective and efficient (which is what everyone should expect from their legal counsel), and (3) affordable (which, although it was not a top priority in my search, is an obvious benefit during an life event, such as divorce, of financial uncertainty). Do yourself a favor - hire her to handle the legal work that she's more qualified to do than you - the immediate "payback" is in your "piece-of-mind", which may by greater than the results of your situation.

I hired Elisha Morris as my divorce attorney, the first day we were in court the temporary orders were absolutely ridiculous! Everything we discussed was untrue when I received the temporary orders. I needed to seek other counsel. I highly recommend not using this attorney.

I retained Elisha for my divorce. She is very competent in her field and solution oriented. She did everything possible to achieve the most favorable outcome. Her colleague said during an initial meeting that: “She is a lioness in the court room”. Her reputation in court did not require her to use this fierce trade. At least not in my case. Divorce is now final and I could not be more thankful to having had Elisha on my side. If I had to retain an attorney again for a family court matter, Elisha would be first on the contact list

I am not happy with Elisha Morris at all! A guardian ad litem did all of the work for her and she STILL took my entire retainer. Court was constantly canceled and instead of calling me to inform me, I had to constantly email her to check the status. Elisha then charged me $75.00 for each email!! I didn't even get the terms that I had originally hired Elisha for! Do yourself a favor and get a more competent attorney.

Elisha is extremely professional and honest. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Elisha assisted me in a matter between my ex husband and I making sure we were both on the same page as far as co-parenting our children. She fought for what was right and for what was in the best interest of the children. I wouldn't of been able to do it without the assistance of Elisha. I would definitley hire Elisha again!

Great at what she does! Very knowledgeable,personable. Not your typical lawyer! When I wasn't being realistic (Who is in divorce?) her knowledge of the law and how honest she was really made me see the right path that we should go down and not just waste money going after unobtainable things that don't matter in the end. There are not enough good words to express how good Elisha is!
