After a lot of research I chose this firm to defend me and they did not disappoint. I’m intentionally leaving out the details of my case because I’m posting publicly. That being said, I can’t praise this firm enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to navigate the intricacies of legal system in order to deliver the best possible outcome. Attorney John Pensa handled my case and was amazing in and out of the courtroom. In the courtroom he was articulate and delivered concise/damning arguments that resulted in a non-conviction. Outside the courtroom he communicated with me often and effectively. He walked me through every legal avenue available to me and my defense. Ultimately he recommended a best defense strategy (that I agreed with), but he allowed me to chose the strategy I wanted him to pursue. Attorney Pensa worked closely with Attorney John Calcagni III throughout my case and to put together a winning defense strategy. These guys are A+ lawyers and without reservation I extend my highest recommendation for this firm. If you want the best possible outcome in your case, hire this firm.

Upon meeting John he seem like a very reasonable and intelligent lawyer. But after spending time with him I found him to also be quite attentive, reasonable and intelligent lawyer. Now I don't really know much about the law but he made it very easy to understand. And for the most important part he ended up getting the whole case dismissed which was exactly what he said he was going to do in the beginning. Highly recommend him and his office.
