John is a straight shooter... I was referred to John from another attorney that I have complete trust in and needed to clear a case that could have crippled my work. John did that he was on the case and was able to completely clear the air. What better news then CASE COMPLETELY GONE, DROPPED! Great law firm! JC! Thank you!

Very intelligent, competent, compassionate, and at the same time professional attorney. He took the time to read the entire file on my case (unlike my government assigned JAG attorney). I wish I would have hired him from the very beginning so he could have prevented the entire issue, which I fully believe he would have. My suggestion is to hire Mr. Calcagni sooner than later. Don't depend on your assigned free military attorney. Calcagni is worth every cent.

As a mom, I was completely blindsided and distressed when our child was falsely accused. Atty. Grasso was there for us, 100%, from my first (panicked) call. Throughout the emotional rollercoaster that we endured, Atty. Grasso went above and beyond with his responses (answering my texts/emails within minutes) as well as his swift actions in the twists and turns of our case. I am a very meticulous person, and Atty. Grasso was always a few steps ahead of me in the process. He listened to me, was completely honest without sugarcoating (which I greatly appreciated), and never stopped fighting (literally) day and night. He also very patient, kind, and helped calm my anxiety and fears. His attention to every detail and relentless defense resulted in a dismissal of our case. I will never forget Atty. Grasso and what he did for our family.

We retained John and firm for a police investigation. An investigation had begun with possible charges to follow. We knew we needed help. In looking at Johns CV I was most happy with his background and hired him immediately. John actually came over to our home, and talked about everything. He was wonderful. Great personality.
