I hired John and his team for representation for my husband. I have never needed to hire a lawyer before and wasn’t sure where to begin. I spoke with friends and family and asked for suggestions. I spoke with a couple different lawyers and didn’t get a good feeling. So it was back to the drawing board, I googled defense attorneys near me and Johns website was the first to appear. So I checked it out and read just about every review and was confident that he was the one for us. I called the office and spoke with Nikki and gave her a run down of the situation and she was so sweet and made me feel even better about my choice. She scheduled me for the very next day for a consultation with John. John personally called me a couple hours later to confirm my appointment with him (he met me at his office on a Saturday afternoon to speak with my husband and me). I was a nervous wreck and didn’t know what to expect I can say that the minute I met John I was completely at ease, we discussed our situation and John listened and explained the whole situation to us and spoke to us like we were people and not just a paycheck. I left his office that day with a lawyer to help us at an amazing rate and also with a weight lifted off my shoulders and felt that we would win our case. So a month later we had our court case and John Pensa met us there. We had a continuance for another month. John Pensa met us there again and the district attorney tried to get us to continue for another month. We spoke with John Pensa privately and asked him if there was anything we could do to get out case taken care of that day. So John Pensa went back into the court room and spoke with the district attorney who in turn spoke with the judge and he agreed to hear us out. I went in front of the judge and answered his questions with John Pensa right beside me and the judge dismissed my husbands case. If the need ever arises that I need a lawyer John and his team will be my first call or my first suggestion if someone needs a lawyer. If you hire John and his team I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!! I am forever in their debt!!

Mr. Calcagni is an amazing person. John gives you the confidence and personal experience you require when difficult times happen. John takes the legal burden, but also makes you part of the process by giving you the opportunity to be part of your defense.
