*Please read post script below. Chad was personable when I met him for the initial introduction. He seemed like a straight forward guy and I was happy to have him on my side. Everything changed when I found out it was not Chad that was going to be personally representing me in court. Another gentleman named James was my representation, again very personable, so I was ok with it. The arraignment was no problem. Simple "guilty" or "not guilty" plea (I I wanted to do this myself but was advised heavily to get an attorney). From then everything went silent. Getting any information from anyone was like pulling teeth. I didn't find out I was due in court until the day before I was required to be there. I had just gotten out of the hospital so I had to postpone. I got my DUI in September 2021. My first court date was scheduled in December 2021 (got a call the day after I got out of the hospital that I needed to be in court the next day) so I had to postpone and we ended up doing it in January 2022. A plea of nolo contedere was entered (no contest). I was sentence to 60 days hard loss, 90 days interlock, 20 hours community service, an alcohol counselling program (judge agreed that if I could get professional clearance that counselling was "not required" then I could submit that instead but when I tried to do that it was "never put into my case documents" and I was forced to do alcohol counselling anyway), and $1200 dollars in fines (my bac as greater than .15 so the sentence was harsher). The only thing that was beneficial because I got an attorney was the fact that the judge didn't give me probation. James seemed caught off guard when the judge even brought it up. She literally said "due to the relationship you have here in this court, I am going to waive the probation". I feel like a lawyer who knows the process would have known that the judge would normally give someone 1 year probation in this circumstance and would have discussed this prior to the hearing in the plea bargaining stage. After the hearing is where it really went down hill. All communication stopped. I was not given any assistance with the process of getting my license back after my hearing. The process of dealing with MA vs RI (my dui was in RI and I have a MA license) was an absolute nightmare. Chad assured me he would be assisting me with this process but I literally could not get them to help me in any way. Due to all the confusion, misinformation, and lack of communication. I was not able to get my license reinstated in both states until JUNE 09th 2022. SIX MONTHS when I as supposed to be back on the road in 60 days. I would not recommended The Law Office of Chad F Bank to anyone. I felt mishandled and forgotten. I wasn't given any assistance after my court appearance when I was assured it would be handled "start to finish". I have such distain for their office due to the way this has affected my life over the past HALF A YEAR. * After sending Chad my review he has apologized, taken full responsibility, offered to do whatever it takes to make things right, and waived the remainder of what was owed on my account ($2000).

I was recommended Mr. Stephen Dennis. He has always been upfront and very helpful and actually cares about the clients. Word of mouth means a lot especially when you need a good attorney. Appreciate you always.

Yesterday, Rory came to represent me for a traffic ticket case and got everything dismissed. The judge is known to be super tough on drivers. I highly recommend as one of the best!!
