I was so relieved that when I call the office number after 5pm someone answered and got me scheduled ASAP. Everything that needed to be done was done and exactly what they promised. All charges were dismissed. Fee was perfect. I don't want to need them again but if I need to I most certainly call again. Highly recommend!!!
