Unreliable. Unprofessional. Every time I made an appointment or called in to talk about my worker's compensation case, I was met by a different paralegal who was clueless about the case. I wasn't able to rely on any one person who could give me any information. I can go on but in conclusion, i would highly recommend an attorney with a small practice. They seem to be more focused on what's important and undivided attention is given for any questions one may have at any time of the day.
