I was in a terrible car accident - a rollover - in 2013. There were 4 other people in the car and we were concerned about the driver's policy being enough to cover the medical bills of all the passengers. I thought that if I didnt get a lawyer there would be more money available to me because I wouldnt have to pay someone. I realized too late how bad insurance companies are and how much they fight. I had already signed something accepting the insurance company's offer. Other lawyers wouldnt even look into it for me, they told me I was screwed. Mark Gemma didnt even think about it and told me he would try. He ended up getting more for me than I thought I ever would. I never had to bug him and follow up (like some lawyers make you do). Literally everything was perfect working with them. I recommend this practice to everyone who needs a lawyer in their field.

I was referred to Gemma Law Associates, INC and I couldn't be happier that I was! From the very first moment I walked in I was treated excellent. The staff is friendly and made an uncomfortable situation feel so much easier. My lawyer checked in on me throughout the whole process to see how I was doing as well as if I needed anything. My case was on the smaller side , but they treated me and the case as if it was the only one that they were working on. I have never been so satisfied with a service that has been provided.
