The absolute best experience working with a law firm!! The opposition brought in one of the supposed TOP lawyers from NYC and we won the case handily. Henry Monti is an awesome leader and the rest of the staff was so calming. You feel like FAMILY working with Gemma Law.

My experience with this company was flawless to say the least. Mark was sensitive to the unfortunate events that led me to his door and remained professional throughout the entire process. Him and his colleagues (especially Kayla) knew about my busy schedule and did everything they could to collaborate with me In a fashion that didn’t require traveling to the office often. There was open communication throughout the entire case and they gave me the pros and cons to every choice that I had to make and successfully took me through to a generous settlement in a timely manner. After having a bad experience at another law firm, I really didn't expect the time and effort that Mark and Cheryl put into my case. I was always told to keep calling in every 2 weeks. I was never told a demand was submitted for 6 months. My case has been going on for 2 years. I was done with treatment 6 months after. Now I'm told it'll be at least 1 year before we goto court. If i was told when the demand was submitted I would have filed the law suit months ago.

My matter was a difficult one. All bad things do not happen at great times. Mark Gemma is one of the most kind, sincere person who will worked hard for my case is worth. If you want someone hard working on your side, Gemma Law is the place to be!!
