I used Gemma law for personal injury case a few years back. They were always there for anything I needed. If I had a question they always took my call or called me back in a timely fashion. The secretaries were also amazing and would greet me with much respect. To this day if I need any legal advice they take their personal time to talk to me. They are every comfortable to talk to.

I was referred to Gemma Law and am happy I was. The staff and Marc were great and easy to work with. Marc is personable and friendly and he took the weight off of my shoulders during a very hard time in my life when I knew I could not advocate for myself with the insurance companies. Peace of mind was worth every penny.

It was a pleasure working with Mark Gemma. He took on my sons case and kept us informed throughout the process and like most cases don’t settle over night. He was very upfront about what to expect during a case in the timeframe it will take. During the process or receive calls from Mark and his legal team. In the process we are actually moving to a different state, and he still kept us informed of the process. Actually went to bat for my son got additional monies, I was very happy with the outcome. And would recommend Gemma Law to my friends and family.

I had a case with Marc, and despite my ignorance of thinking my insurance company would pay most of the cost, and not having much to go on from the food allergy incident. He and his staff took the time to give my case above and beyond expectations of paying the bills. He takes it seriously and I will forever be grateful for him. I was just hoping to get the medical bills paid, and he wouldn't accept it, he really does look after your best interest, and I'm sure the rest of the Gemma law firm is the same. Anytime there is a update they promptly notify you. If I ever have another injury I'll be contacting Marc Gemma. Only complaints would be that he doesn't have another office closer to me but his reservoir Ave location is easy to get to and not hidden like some law firms. Basically anyone who thinks they have no leg to stand on, they'll do their best to help you and you won't regret their help.

I’ve had the best experience in dealing with this law firm. Every time I’ve missed their phone call and call back, I get through promptly. Any questions about the status or process of my case was always answered clearly. Mark really makes it a case to make you feel comfortable and I trust in him. Definitely recommend this firm for anyone needing representation. They do what they say they’re going to do, and it’s always with your best interest in mind. Worst costumer service ever. Costumer/Client satisfaction should be number one.. Never answer phones call or to voicemails. They like to keep information from clients specially when it involves extra money. They advised me that I owed on my hospital radiology medical billls when that was a lie ..Worst firm in Rhode Island I am a Floridian and never had an issue so unprofessional before.. So I decided to hand my case over to Rob Levine. He has put more effort into my case..
