I have been working with another law firm who unfortunately did not do their due diligence to work in my best interest. I reached out to Rob Levine's office and this is where I found what I feel the other law firm should have instructed me on how to check on an existing application open claim for my social security disability. I found that my claim was not open, and Rob Levine's intake specialist Guillermo Rincon went above and beyond what I expected from our first phone call. He walked me through the steps to log into my account on the ssa.gov website to review if I did indeed have an open claim or not. He then called my local office with me on the phone and spoke with an employee who confirmed that my claim had been denied and closed and that the appeal that the current law firm who was representing me did not file. I highly recommend reaching out to Guillermo Rincon, as he truly knows what he is doing when it comes to assisting future client's need.
