I worked with Jonnatan Peinado on my call today. He was very professional, kind, courteous, and prompt with all his questions and work to make sure I was getting the best help for my situation. My aunt’s girlfriend had recommended me to this firm, and I am so very glad she did. They do not rush you off the phone. He listened to my concerns, doubts, fears and questions and followed through with his knowledge of this process; it truly helped my anxiety and depression a lot with accepting this process and trusting in it. It’s the best decision I could have made for myself and pray that I will have the time needed to process and heal as I am very sick mentally and physically. I would recommend this law firm for any of your needs and definitely would recommend Jonnatan P. When calling as he helped me not have panic attacks during the process. Not responsive, not reliable, even government agency cannot get a hold of their case managers. A long drawn out case that was affected by the case managers not government agency. Don't use them. Find another more suitable laywer.

Recently had interaction with Mr. Joe Rivera concerning SOC.SEC application. Mustsay experience was absolutely perfect and that Joe was very helpful and was able to assist me with this process. It's been 18 months dealing with Rob Levine and still nothing. They don't call. I have always call them and they keep telling me the same stories. No movement in my case all this time. They are BULLSHIT💩💩💩💩💩💩 FLY BY NITE SO CALL COMPANY. They wasted my time and I lose my vehicle waiting on they services. Next is my home smh They Bamboozle me all this time. Ppl plz don't waste your time and energy wit this so called company! I wish I can give a zero if I could.

BTW !! They are paying people to Write reviews!!!! I am a very professional person and had major injuries over the years that have led to multiple back surgeries that have left my family and myself left to recently struggle with kids and life. I am going on a year of dealing with there “paralegal” by the name of Rhey Perez who is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with in my life. I sent Rob Levine personal messages and even offered to cover fees upfront based on his reviews from google in good faith. They replied to a “manager” who went nowhere with me again. Now I am in a position to break a contract and hire a local attorney out of pocket which is not a problem but I have been waiting for them to get back to me before I can hire a new one with a deadline coming very soon. No respect for peoples livelihoods family or anything!!!!! Do not go to GOOGLE FOR REFERRALS OR THIS COMPANY!!!!! CURRENTLY IN CONVERSATION WITH LOCAL ATTORNEY TO FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM !!!! Please beware!!! This is the first time in my life I have ever written a review because I don’t like hurting a persons biz being a biz owner previously myself…. Don’t do it

I have been waiting on results of my Case for Disability since December. Have had to go through 4 legal representatives. Last call I got was that All Paperwork was done and waiting for the SS office to reply. Get a call from SS Stating I need to get and send in Medical Records, told her what I was told from You guys and She told me to call you guys back. Did and still waiting!! Hope something happens 🙏

I've been trying to apply for disability for awhile now. This law office is unprofessional & a load of bull****. I've put my trust in them TWICE for my disability case & they've failed me both times. Apparently I have more than 1 person "working" on my case but they obviously don't communicate with each because I get different texts & emails from the both of them. They both never reach out to me after the first initial call. When I reach out to them, they never respond back. The ONLY time I hear anything from their office is AFTER I receive a letter from social security telling me I've been denied. Then they both, Robert & Daniella, begin texting, calling & emailing me stating they want to file an appeal on my behalf. I've been so confused as to why I keep getting denied. I found it weird that there's barely any communication between the law office & I every time I've gotten denied. After doing my own research & looking into my SSA.GOV account, I find out THEY WERE FILING FOR THE WRONG THING!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Be careful using thier offices for anything disability related.

They were easy to sign up with! However, once the paperwork is signed no one seems to answer you! I’ve emailed 3 times. They had some guy named Sergio call and he left a partial 800 number to call back to but it wasn’t understandable. He then emailed me. So I emailed back that I had already done the reconsideration on my own, now they dont answer calls or emails. I think I might have to find someone else. Can’t even get a real ease when they’ve literally done no work on your behalf!

Been waiting well over a year.. to no avail. How can this place possibly advertise how great they are, yet zero communication adequately. Daren Almeda.. Barry, and Ariana all names I wouldn't count on. Supposedly my case been done for months.. but I'm still in the dust. Calls and emails will not be answered within an professional time frame, or not answered at all. What to do? Keep driving to the office to be lied to.. heavy hitting me with lies over and over. In fact 2nd case I have with them involves my severely disabled daughter. 2 other passengers in car both settled. Now I'm being told how can (I) prove she was hurt she is non verbal so therefore they assume she was not?? After multiple therepy?? So basically a ssi lawyer is insinuating 2 adults got really hurt.. but not a little disabled girl.. right seems like a discrimination on a disabled person. Will be driving back to Douglas today. Perhaps with my camera and put them on live..give them a real commercial ad
