If you’re a veteran who was injured in the military, you are entitled to compensation. You may even be eligible for compensation for injuries that arose from your military service but weren’t reported when you left the military. In either case, I highly recommend Rob Levine & Associates to help you navigate the VA legal system. In my particular case, I had a 10% compensation when I exited the Army. I was unaware I could file for more. 40 years later as problems got worse, I went on the VA website, filed for additional compensation and was elevated to 30%, which is an important milestone. 2 years later, the VA says they made a mistake and were reducing me to 20% and also wanted me to pay back thousands of dollars. I knew I wouldn’t be able to fight them on my own so I called Rob Levine & Associates and am very happy I did. I talked to Rob and he felt I had a case to get back to 30% or even more. Danielle Rinnier was assigned as my case lawyer and she has been flat-out awesome. In less than a year I’m up to 80% and moving towards 100%.
