Scott Tierney is absolutely the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Rob Levine should be embarrassed to be his employer. He accepted my case around a year ago and has done nothing with it except file a few papers. He didn't make any effort to find a doctor to support my case, and he won't return phone calls. His voice-mail is always full and cannot accept messages. We had a phone appointment to discuss a deposition and he didn't call as promised. He obviously doesn't believe in me or my side of the story. I can't imagine why he even took my case. I was rear-ended over two years ago by a woman with an expired license, no proof of insurance, and no registration. 3 years later I still cannot walk properly, and I have a debilitatitng fear of falling. I have spent almost a year in various rehabs, and I'm sitting on almost $40,000 dollars in medical bills. I am thoroughly disgusted. Stay away from Rob Levine!

Please don't make same mistake and waste your time with these unbelieveable people. They are a big joke. Ive wasted my time since dec 2022we are in March and I send two with draw letter. I went to lawyer who actually do the work but now I need withdraw letter have left voice-mail emails of termination 2 times. I talked to Hazel too and yet here i am stuck with trying to get help since they aren't reliable. I was gonna give them my friend info. I'm so thankful I didn't have them get my experience. Is it AZ what's wrong with these people. I'm going through hell with surgery and pain and yiu hire lawyer and they turn your life upside down. Constant delays with my papers work.

Husband submitted a form to this group for SSDisability assistance and suddenly we have been spammed with TONS of calls from all kinds of places using fake local numbers wanting to take his case.... This is absurd.

They do not communicate at all. “Systems are always down”, no communication still could be a scam for me. My accident was about 2 years ago finished therapy about a year ago and still nothing. Wish i would get updated contacted or something as if my case still important. ,.

Just attempted to call intake and the person I spoke to absolutely would not listen to me about the fact that I've already been dealing with social security disability for three years already and they were very insistent on what the "facts" were about social security disability even though I told them that went against what was going on in my case. I quickly realized she wasn't going to listen to anything I was saying so I hung up. How can the law firm even begin to help someone if you don't even know what the issue even is to begin with?

I feel so disrespected by this law firm. Not even one call from an attorney to explain why I was dropped. I feel this will hurt any future disability claims, due to what the letter states. I feel I was misled.

After getting approved to be represented by them you'll receive a call in several weeks from someone who speaks very poor English that you cannot understand a word they're saying and their children are screaming in the background you'll be treated like a second-class citizen and proved to that you don't matter to these people I highly recommend using anybody else in the world DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE please make sure that you read the entire section of reviews and you'll see where the only reason they have a higher review is because they are making people leave them. I made them close my case out and refused to do anything else with them. Please read thru the reviews I wish I had
