Total waste of time, accepted my case to gather my information. Wanted to take credit for actions I have already done on my own. Than once they seem they actually have to do some work they refer you back to local VSO. Phishing is all I experienced with Google answers for any questions. The lawyer sourcing out your info to others and drops case with the explanation of we aren't gonna make any money off me for real so time wasted. The people they source out to aren't even knowledgeable enough to return a call but passes it off to the next person ghosting me. But they are there to help you if they can get a chunk of your cash for nothing more than copying and pasting your name on paperwork we already have access to free of charge. But they will appreciate if you leave a nice review luring others.

Would I hire this firm again? Probably not. In my opinion, they work slow for a clear-cut case such as a car accident, which fault was established almost immediately. Communication was minimal, and getting a hold of someone was tedious. The paralegal assigned to my case was friendly, but it felt like I was dealing with an intern rather than a well established professional. On top of that, there was a language barrier, so I could hardly understand the broken English. It's been 8 months since I stopped treatment, and as of a couple of days ago, they are still gathering medical paperwork, which should be minimal. The paralegal, Michelle, said the numbers were ready about a week ago, but clearly it wasn't the case when my husband contacted them a couple of days ago after not receiving the promised call. In case anyone is wondering, I was asked to write a review before talking about numbers. I'm ready to close this case. Update: they finally cut me a check about 2 months after receiving an offer. My husband is still waiting a little over a year after we hired them. We won't be returning to this firm. Update: my husband still hasn't received an offer. It has now been over a year he has finished treatment. They explained that they messed up his medical papers and had to start over. He spoke to them in June and they said it should be resolved and he should have an offer within 2 weeks. Mid July and nothing yet... not even a phone call. We're ready to cut ties with this firm.

I chose to have Rob Levine & Associates to represent me for my disability case. Based on the initial first conversation I had with a few of his associates while looking for representation. One of the associates I spoke with who actually took my medical information and was the case worker for me. This young lady name May was so professional and she is the reason I'm still here for representation from this company. There have been a couple more case workers that done a good job in handling my case as well. The attorney that is representing me now I don't feel to comfortable with. Because even in the event of circumstances beyond there control. They became a know call know show for my hearing on March 16,2023. Now I'm asking that my hearing date be rescheduled to go before the ALJ soon. I have been waiting 21/2 years for a hearing. I also do my research when I'm given answers to a concern I may have about social security disability. For (example) getting in touch with social security to reschedule me for a hearing. The out come of that conversation was totally different. Do I like Rob Levine (yes) I do! Do I like the treatment I receive from some of the representation I receive know I don't. It just seems to me you feel like some of us are not important or your disability is not serious enough for them to represent your case. Or maybe they can care less about you getting the disability you are entitled to. I hope and pray that the attorney who is representing me have my case reschedule very soon. . Because I was there on time for my hearing and they wasn't. Thank you Rob Levin & Associates.

After 5 long years after my accident and multiple attorney's, paralegals with next to no communication... ive called, emailed so many times..ive signed the same documents multiple times...get set up for a hearing... then the day of hearing they cancel...they NOW have told me they are not going to pursue my case.. and now its too late for me to go to another attorneys office they said I could go to a training school they will handle my case. I DO NOT recommend them. If they couldn't handle the case then they shouldn't of taken it on in the first place.... It is that simple or at least have told me within the first year!!!

I hired Rob Levine and associates to help me with my disability claim and they have done an awesome job with it, I just found out that I was finally approved for disability and they really helped me through the whole process and I would definitely recommend them 🙂, and thank you to Alexander Rosas for keeping me updated on my claim you did a great job, thank you for all your hard work, Dale.
