Not real helpful ,the people im dealing do not seem knowledgeable of what they are doing ,the last law firm was hands on seem to care more or act if so. I feel I'm on my own !!

I don't know if they just don't care are that they have, or try to handle to many cases for profit. My experience with them I think it's both.
The client,me,you should come first,but with this firm you don't! If you're case is to daunting, to much work for them they will kick you to the curb. It's not a quick profit for them. Do your research before hiring them. Good luck

getting transfered to any supervisor is impossible and getting the right caseworker to answer takes a long time
