I was extremely impressed with how efficient and professional Joseph Bojorquez was as my intake specialist at Rob Levine's office. He made me feel comfortable and was very patient and non-judgemental when we were discussing my disability case. I'm a 55-year-old woman who has worked since I was 14 years old. My medical conditions are causing me extreme pain and I can no longer do what I love to do Rob Levine's office made me feel better about the decision I was making to apply for disability since we know there's a stigmatism when it comes to being "on disability". Carlos Gomez has been amazing. First, he worked with my husband starting the process for SS. Then, when my husband passed away, he began working with me. He's been patient, informative, helpful, & kind. Obviously, I'm dealing with so much since my husband passed. Carlos has been wonderful. I'm constantly forgetting things, but he never gets upset with me. He gently reminds me and not once has he gotten frustrated. I really hope he will continue to work with me on my application for SS. I realize I haven't been the best client, as I'm still dealing with issues related to my husband's death. Carlos has consistently been helpful and continues to try to assist me. Frankly, he's been one of 2 people I've dealt with who actually are a pleasure to work with. I'm absolutely blessed that he is the one helping me.
