I did collect a small check at the end of my case for an auto accident. I must say the customer response is terrible, I called 4 or 5 times, and left messages for who was handling my case to call me back, and never got a call back. I had to call for any updates every few months because you didn't just get an update, and in today's world being so digital it would have been extremely easy to update me through any digital method as well as calling, but nope My, none.. My case lasted 11 months, when I first went in I was told come see Mike, he wasn't there. I also didn't speak to him personally until he finally called me 10 months after I signed with him. Then my case settled the next month or six weeks later. If your looking for a personable experience, and being kept informed, maybe this is not the place, at least I don't think so. In response to your claim as a false review, I am Karen McMahon ! In response to you, I didn't say I was unhappy with the settlement and did want to convey to others you did settle my case, my review is the absolute truth, you called me in September 2020, I signed with your firm November 2019. Yes we were in a pandemic and I didn't complain about how long it took to settle, only the fact that I didn't get a return call everytime I left a message from the person your office assigned to assist me. I am offended you called me a liar, as I have no reason to lie. I am not looking for anything more and there is no reason to call you now and settle anything because my case has been settled. Your firm sent multiple text messages to me to review your service, i did ignore the first one,, but after the 3rd one i decided to give you what you asked for. Did you expect me to say I was happy with a service I wasn't happy with. I find it sad you as a lawyer would actually try to call any former client a liar, and not want to just fix what ever problem they might have had with your office.

I had an accident a few months ago and attorney Robert Russo helped me in my case. I highly recommend him, he helped me a lot in my case, they are very friendly and respectful, him and all the office staff. If you need help they will help you and you will not regret it, 100% recommended.
