I would highly recommend attorney Mark Buckley if you are considering filing for bankruptcy. My experience was as positive as one could hope for given the circumstances. No one wants to file for bankruptcy, but after an initial very enlightening conversation with him it was clear that based off of my circumstances filing would indeed make the most sense for my situation. It may or may not make sense for you as each person’s situation is clearly different, but he will help figure that out with you. Mark was flexible and punctual for each meeting we had scheduled, as well as understanding professional, and reasonably priced in regards to fees. He has guided countless people through this process and clearly has it down to a science. My advice if you do decide to file with the help of attorney Buckley is this, and I cannot stress this enough, FOLLOW HIS INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY. I did exactly that and I am finally getting my financial life back on track and can once again sleep without the crushing weight of financial debt anxiety.
