Judges frequently refer to attorney Dr. Patrick Thomas Conley, Esq. for advise on numerous matters concerning the Tax Title Laws in Rhode Island Courts (not just District and Superior, but Supreme Court as well). In addition to his accomplishments in the legal field here in Rhode Island, he is also very skilled and knowledgeable in matters of History. He is very well known here in the state of Rhode Island. He has many connections and friends everywhere in Rhode Island.

Most knowledgeable attorney in the state, hands down. He provided excellent service and helped me through a very hard time. I went to 3 other attorneys before him, and none of them could help me, nor did they seem to care. P
