Me mandaron un vil cobrandome ino e tenido nada que ver con esta oficina o abogada están bien locos. Alguien me puede explicar de que se trata estos cobros porfavor

Bunch of tools, what a joke, the bar should revoke their license to practice. the only 5 star ratings work for them, that is gross. Never in my life have i been so insulted. The only person there that was nice was Marisol. Sorry for the rating but the company deserves it!

I attempted to make my payment online as my bill suggests and it wouldn't process, twice. So I decided to call the next day and couldn't have been treated any worse. I was told when I set up the payment plan that I was to get "reminders". Well these reminders never came so when I brought that up to the lady on the phone I was told to: SET A PERSONAL REMINDER BECAUSE IT WAS MY BILL TO PAY. Are you kidding me? I'm making every effort to pay this bill and you have excuses for YOUR discrepancies? Then she chimed in: "when I know something is due I know to pay my bills". Well thank you for your interpretation on how life works but sadly, honey, your bill is not the top of anyone's list... Unlike the water, electric, gas, food etc.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. AWFUL. I get your a collection office but charging my debit card THREE times for one bill is no excuse. Women are rude over talk you and can’t help you. Told me it’s between me and my bank they didn’t receive any money which is BS. Complete scammers, rather let the bill go on my credit than ever deal with a single person here.

Worse people ever, they are a complete FRAUD. Stay away from them. Receptionist is very unprofessional and rude.
