Stephen was my lawyer in 4 criminal charges & 1 violation of probation from 2006-2010. He kept in contact with me. He explained everything and advised me in making the best decisions. He did such a great job that I didn't get indicted in my capital offence & also got it dismissed. He showed up at court when I didn't even call him to tell him that I had been arrested. He saw my name on the calendar & came down to the cell to discuss why I was there & got me released the next week as he had promissed. We fought the case from outside of prison & my probation officer couldn't even believe that I was given a 1 year filing with the long record that I have.. I recommend Stephen Morrissey to anyone who has a criminal case..He did a WONDERFUL JOB and I wish that I had met him alot sooner!!

Stephen and his partners are good people. With all the stress a person can face while in the courts Stephen helped alleviate that stress with his 30 sum years experience. He was diligent to get the best possible ruling for me based on my circumstances and he was readily available for communication. I would recommend him to anyone, I will also hire his firm again should the need arise.
