I’ve been using Paul Ferns for several years now. Originally I had a different lawyer and he wasn’t on top of my case. I soon after had switched to Paul and haven’t had another attorney since. He has helped in numerous car accident cases and a few driving violation cases as well. He also has given advice on family issues and legalities of different situations I was in need of help with. I’ve always left his office happy and extremely satisfied with the results. He’s answered every question I’ve had an has been very attentive to my cases. He’s a breath of fresh air and very professional. Definitely has a way of making you feel comfortable. Breaks down all aspects of the cases I’ve presented to him and which ways we are able to go. Absolutely recommend Paul for all of your legal needs. He’s knowledgeable in many areas of law which is a plus is any great attorney!!

I had a particularly complicated Divorce that had a house, assets, debt and other considerations that needed an experienced Lawyer that could navigate the Rhode Island legal system quickly and easily. I am an out of state guy who needed a traffic issue addressed...a 30 year old traffic issue....My home state was not going to renew my license because of an unpaid ticket from 1987 ...I figured it was going to take months...because in dealing with the DMV.... I already had over 2 months of waiting. I called Paul on a Friday issue was taken care of by the following Wed including the documentation which was in my files by Wed afternoon. Very positive customer service experience.

Paul and his staff are (for a lack of a better word)AWESOME! As is the case with most "busy" law firms, I expected to get the old "run around, or vague responses when trying to get updates on my case. But I got just the opposite, they keep me up to date when any info was available. They called and checked on my well being from time to time. When ever I had a question I got answers and when my case was settled Paul went over everything and made sure I didn't have any other questions (which I had quite a few at the beginning).

I hired Paul to take on a custody case. He is honest, made me feel like I was his only client (when I was not), does everything in the best interest of his client. att ferns was very good in solving my traffic violation. I called three others but no one called me back I called 2 back 2 times no return calls. I called and left message with att. ferns and he called me back next morning. he worked diligently on my case and was able to resolve it in about a week. if my case had not been resolved my life would have been changed drastically. I hope I never need another lawyer but if I do attorney paul ferns is the first person I call.

He is the only attorney that I personally know that will NOT tell you stories or sales pitch you to get hired. He is forthright, honest and easy to talk to. He is also a family man, so he really understands what the struggles in Family Court are like.
