Paul is a caring, knowledgeable, and very savvy professional attorney. I have been involved in a few (not at fault) accidents and even though I have pre existing conditions.. he and Bryan are able to make the insurance company realize that we’re humans and matter. He’s NOT like any of the commercial lawyers you see on TV.. you will get directly him and his attentive team to fight for you and your rights. Thank you Paul and Bryan.

I found Paul Fern to be completely lacking the fundamental elements needed to be an effective and zealous advocate ....listening to the clients concerns and objectives. He totally failed. My first questions were met with sarcasm. He was quite dismissive, rather than explain further, he recites how long he has practiced law. Said "This is my show" whatever that means. Made the appointment due to positve google reviews. Maybe you have to catch him on the right day. Thank God he exposed his true character in the initial consultation. Consider yourself warned. AFTER READING MR. FERNS RESPONSE I CAN ALSO STATE THAT HE IS A PRACTICED LIAR. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE RI BAR.

Shocked he passed the bar. Took a case he knew he couldn’t win. Didn’t realize what he was up against. In my opinion abused the system to try and put my children in harms way. He did make a quick buck though.

She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything about the process in a concise manner.
