I highly recommend Attorney Christopher Russo. I had been involved in an auto accident (in my personal vehicle) but was going to do an errand for work. My car was totaled and I suffered some injuries. I had obtained another attorney who apparently for over a year did nothing for my case. Attorney Chris took my case over and was able to get results in 4 months. All that time I had gone without a vehicle when I should have had access to my underinsured motorist funds on my own policy. My own insurance then kept having excuses on why they weren't paying this out. With his knowledge of the laws, he was able to make sure they paid what I was entitled to. He made sure that the Worker's Compensation lien was paid a fair and reasonable amount. He also made sure that Worker's Compensation would continue to pay future medical bills for my injuries. Attorney Chris Russo is very professional and knowledgeable which goes great with his empathy with his clients. The staff at Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum are all professional. I never was left on hold for long periods of time, phone calls and emails are returned in a timely manner. I cannot thank Attorney Chris Russo for all of his help during this complicated situation.

I highly recommend Attorney Christopher Russo with Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum. Chris handled a personal injury claim for me against an insurance company. At the time of the accident I was in a wheelchair and not mobile so Chris came out to my house to speak with me personally. The insurance company attempted several times to try to deny coverage in the accident but Chris fought the insurance company hard to make sure there was coverage and that all my out of pocket medical bills, lost wages, and my pain and suffering was covered by the insurance company. Due to Chris’ professionalism, vast experience dealing with personal injury litigation, and his attention to details ultimately he reached a settlement with the insurance company. My family and I can’t thank Chris enough for everything he did for me during this difficult period. Thanks again Chris.

Kirschenbaum RI is a great firm. My attorney is Christopher Russo. I used his services after an auto accident where I was not at fault. I was mildly inured, but still injured nonetheless. Chris took my case seriously even though it was a small ones, and he fought to get me what I deserved. There were some really frustrating things that came up with the other party, but he tirelessly contacted the insurance on my behalf. I also used his services for a (much worse) claim in an auto accident back in 2012. Over the years, Chris has proven to be an outstanding attorney. The whole firm is great, from reception to paralegals to attorneys. Chris is a straight shooter. He's a real person.
