My world changed several years ago in an industrial accident. After several surgeries, it was determined that I could no longer rehabilitate and was diagnosed disabled. The anxiety of an uncertain future, the lack of knowledge of a complicated legal system and the pain of my injuries left me whirling with unanswered questions. By referral of a good friend, I sought the help of the legal firm Marasco and Nesselbush. After an initial consultation I was appointed a Legal Assistant, a Social Security Specialist and an Attorney. I will not use names for the respect of their personal privacy but I will highlight their qualities. My legal assistant in no uncertain terms was a pit bull. In a doggy dog world, the pit bull rules. This young lady bit into my case and never lost grip right to the end. In every aspect of her job she was top notch. My Social Security Specialist was a library of information. Not only did she direct me in a sea of confusion, answer all of my many, many questions and anticipate potential problems, she also was compassionate. Last but not least my attorney. I know she is great as I never saw the inside of a court room. My case was settled in my favor in under three months. My full roll in this process was six phone calls to the office. One was to schedule my initial appointment. Four were to burden my team with my spinning thoughts and one was to schedule my final appointment. My closing memory of this ordeal is being hugged by everyone in the office. Being injured changed my life and put me in forums I had no experience to deal with. There are many walls and pitfalls that present themself and left alone to try and navigate truly makes you feel helpless and concerned you will succumb to giving up on many levels. Marasco and Nesselbush could not prevent the accident, the operations or the uncertainty of my future health. What they could do, they did with total professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend this law firm for any legal matter that may arise. In closing, I want to return the one thing I never could have imagined coming from a law firm, Respect.
