Mr. Moyer and his team was absolutely incredible! They always communicated greatly and always got back to me either that day or the following day. Mr. Moyer even answered me on late evenings and weekends when issues came up. My journey with Mr. Moyer started in October of 2018. When I first spoke with him implied if everything that I was saying was true and can be proven he will try his hardest to get me custody of my daughter, and he did try his hardest. Mr. Moyer has access to some great resources that helped me solidify my case which helped dramatically. Mr. Moyer and his team fought aggressively and professionally throughout my trial. I am now waiting on the judgement from the judge. Mr. Moyer, his team, and his resources may have been expensive but was worth every penny to solidify my case to go to trial. No matter the outcome of my case, I highly recommend anyone seeking an out-of-state custody case to hire Mr. Moyer and his team, he will be straight up and honest with you throughout the entire process. As long as you are honest and give hime everything; Good, bad or indifferent he will give you all your options and the potential outcomes.

Janet is amazing, in the lowest point of my life she made me feel respected and hopeful for a new beginning. Her advice is like following a recipe for success. She stays in contact throughout the process and never makes you feel like you are going it alone. 7 years after my discharge I needed a release for a lien placed on my property. She immediately contacted the attorney that should have released the lien years prior and stayed on the until she got it. I had tried to obtain this on my own for over 30 days prior to contacting Janet. I only wish I called her earlier. I cannot say enough about Janet and her team. I hired Janet after I realized I needed help after being diagnosed with Cancer and losing my business because of covid 19. My debt was no longer manageable. Janet and her assistant Rebecca were wonderful. They were patient, Kind, understanding and extremely knowledgable. Having to declare BK is tough enough, but they coached me through all my options and explained why I needed to take the steps necessary to prepare for filing. I would recommend Janet and her team if you are comtemplating BK. She will look at your whole situation and help you through decerning what steps to take. There is no one else I would call and put my trust in and I interviewed 2 other attorneys who were less focused on explaining how everything works and who were much less understanding of how you could have gotten your self to the point of having to file. I was diagnosed with a rare brain disorder that happens to 1 in 100,000 people. One of the terrible things about this disease is the loss of memory. Fortunately I have a Doctor who is doing everything possible to treat me, he also recommended that I contact Marasco and Nesselbush to give me the proper guidance.
