Richard helped me with my unemployment appeal and we won! I was skeptical, typically people are denied in my situation and things seemed unfavorable. But Richard was able to isolate and highlight how I had extenuating circumstances that were the exception and things totally worked out in my favor. 5-stars is simply not enough. I had the pleasure of working with Robert and Richard with a very complicated unemployment case. I have an extreme amount of gratitude and respect for both attorneys. Both were extremely honest, open, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. When they did not have a good answer they communicated that and did the research to find it. It took 2 appeals to get my claim to be processed and I do not feel I would have won without their assistance. They will forever be in my network and I will recommend them to anyone that has an unemployment claim in RI.

He was never prepared to present the case effectively to the Jury. Never prepared the client for the trial. Never used solid arguments discussed before the trial to fight back the defense. Failed to present medical files that could win the client substantial compensation damages. Failed to use convincing arguments the client gave him to win for promotional compensation he deserved. Let pass to the Jury to see few facts selected by the defense despite client's opposition and even when he requested that all of these specific facts be presented instead. Does not listen to the client's propositions and suggestions. Not at all eloquent and smart individuals to push back defense's weak arguments. Not a lawyer as a client I can recommend to anyone. My strong case was just trashed because of bad work. I hired another lawyer as soon as the case was appealed.
