He has been extremely successful in recovering non payment from tenants- winning each and every case. And his fees are fair and reasonable. Mr. Hardman is an honest man. OUR FIRM HAS USED WILLIAM A. HARDMAN III ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS AND WE HAVE BEEN 100% SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS EACH TIME. WILLIAM IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND RELENTLESS IN THE PURSUIT OF RESTITUTION FOR HIS CLIENTS. HE KEEPS YOU UPDATED THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS AND WILL ALSO GIVE YOU OPTIONS AS YOU GO ALONG. WILLIAM HELPED US COLLECT ON A NON SUFFICIENT CHECK CASE IN WHICH WE WERE ACTUALLY AWARDED MORE THAN THE VALUE OF THE CHECK BY A RI COURT. IN ANOTHER CASE, WILLIAM WAS HIRED TO FORCE AN UNINSURED DRIVER TO PAY FOR THE MAJOR DAMAGE THEY HAD CAUSED TO ONE OF OUR VEHICLES. WILLIAM WAS ABLE TO PROCUR AN AGREEMENT IN WHICH WE DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO GO TO COURT. THE DRIVER AGREED TO A PAYMENT PLAN AND WE HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WE HAVE 2 OTHER COLLECTION ISSUES THAT ARE IN PROCESS AND ARE MOVING ALONG EXACTLY AS EXPECTED AND ANTICIPATE BEING PAID IN FULL.
