Brian was very helpful in consulting me regarding the matter of the passing of my Mother. His level headed and business like yet personable approach was exactly what was required in our time of need. His rates were extremely reasonable and his experience in all aspects surrounding this matter were indispensable. After ward, we hired him a second time to draw up personal documents of our own. Again his rates were very reasonable and turnaround time was nearly immediate.

Brian has been my attorney for several years now, and I use him for estate issues, including wills and powers of attorney, and any random legal issues that pop up such as leases and contracts and civil disputes. I have found him extremely reliable and his rates very fair. What I particularly appreciate about Brian is that he presents the full range of available options, but counsels starting with the least aggressive, and therefore most expedient and least expensive, solution to the problem. This is especially important for me because when I get really mad, usually when somebody be tryin’ to steal something, my go-to position can be to demand we just unleash the Kraken. Brian’s solutions to my legal issues are not always as emotionally satisfying as utilizing a giant killer squid, but he has always been right about the appropriate level of action to take to get the result I want without exposing me to unnecessary costs, or messy legal situations. I would certainly recommend him as an attorney.
