I worked with Tom Capalbo on my custody/child support case last year and he was very professional and knowledgeable, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the help he provided. He was available to answer questions when I needed him and he clearly knows what he is doing. Well worth the money, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a family attorney.

Let me start this review by saying that I live in Connecticut and I needed an attorney practicing in Rhode Island, to represent me concerning a Trust – Distribution Settlement. I found, after a thorough online search, Attorney Thomas Capalbo III, of Capalbo, Capalbo & Hartford in Westerly, Rhode Island. His reviews were impressive and that gave me some hope that I was hiring the right firm. Upon meeting Tom, I was sure of it. I was not comfortable with signing a release, sent to me by the Trust’s attorney, in its original form, nor was I settled concerning its wording. Tom took the bull by the horns and informed me that I should not sign it as it was and that he would be looking out for my interests going forward. I felt like I had finally found someone who had my back. In working with Tom, I found that he was honest, professional, respectful, reliable and a man of his word. An attorney with integrity. He would either speak to me when I called, or get right back to me as soon as possible. If he told me he was going to do something, he did it. There was no waiting around to find out what was going on with my case. He kept me well informed. He is an outstanding attorney and all around nice guy who genuinely cares about his clients. In addition, his office staff is excellent and very pleasant to deal with. My interests were protected and my case was resolved in a timely manner. I believe and told him so, that he was worth every penny to me. You really want this man in your corner.

I recently hired Nicholas to help me with a custody issue that I was having. From the very beginning he displayed extreme professionalism and a very high level of customer service. He is an incredible lawyer and is very knowledgeable and honest. The whole time I worked with Nick and his firm I felt that I was in great hands and they really show you that they genuinely care about you and your situation.
