“Never communicates with you, unless it's a very last minute matter, he expects you to know the law and tell him what you'd like him to do, instead of giving legal suggestions like a great lawyer would.”

“He failed to get us the deed, which would have saved my house. Oh and no llyod, you didn't tell us what we would have needed to get it, you told us the certificate of appointment was as good as a deed. It's not even freaking close. So you screwed us over.”

“Lloyd is a joke as a probate lawyer. He wants you to get rid of your house so he can get more money. He doesn't communicate until the last possible moment, he actually he doesn't do his best if your home is going into foreclosure, he does the bare minimum. Do not trust him, he's a very unprofessional man. He's horrible.”
