I never met a lawyer who knew so much about billing codes - Anjali Prasad gets into the weeds when it comes to insurance billing, and if there is a way to save you, she will. I didn't care for this firm they placed me behind the 8 ball after 7 K and didn't even read the warrant (bond reversed). DWI I added the car ignition start but was unaware of the other requirement. Had they read the bond I would have not been in jail on a warrant. They blamed me yet I gave the 7k to take care of the matter. They didn't care and they didn't do their research. I knew after the sales pitch it was marketing here. I canceled CC after getting out of jail from bond reverse and retained another attorney to get the DUI dismissed. Never again will I use the internet marketing lies just to make this firm look good.

I’m sure Jarrod is helpful with some, but for the negative reviews he does receive, they’re likely true. Jarrod will sell you on a flat fees, experience, and that he’s attentive and communicative. But once you make that payment for him to represent you, that’s not the case. You can tell Jarrod and his firm are taking on more cases than they can handle which is why some clients like me get left out of the loop and left wondering what they paid for. If you try to criticize him at all he gets vindictive and hateful. Be cautious with this attorney.

These guys single handed saved my life. I had a previous attorney who was doing nothing for my case. I hired Jared and this firm, what took years prior they got dismissed in a matter of a few months. Charlie is the best attorney, he listens fights for you and really cares. I would use this firm hands down over any other. My case was extremely complicated and facing a felony. It was very scary until they took over for me. I owe them so much. I finally got my life back after four long years and thousands of dollars.

My boyfriend has a family case which we wasn't knowledgeable about. We reached out to Mr. Fisher for a phone consultation and he was very pleasant, patient, a good listener and most of all very professional. He answered all our questions and direct us on what to do going forward you would have thought he already handling the case. Even after he gave us that consultation over the phone we needed some clarity on a few things, so I called back and made a second appointment for another in person consultation. Again Mr. Fisher sat with us diligently and answer every questions and concerns we had.. I strongly recommend this lawyer he deserved 10 stars . Remeber this experience is just for a consultation. Never on time for court, shows up an hour + late every time. Is never prepared. Charges thousands of dollars and does nothing. Never answers calls or texts until the morning of court. Has excuse after excuse for his lack of action on the case. I’ve done everything for myself and even prepared all my own paperwork and documents because Mr. Barker acts like he’s some big shot lawyer who has such a high dismissal rate and is worth $5000+ for a misdemeanor case then charges the same for a felony case? Makes no sense.
Embarrassing. He obviously doesn’t realize his brain has gone to the state of early dementia or drug/alcohol abuse. Who knows.
I’ve never been so disappointed in a paid lawyer. I’d have been better off with a court appointed attorney at this point, at least I expect them to not do their jobs.
DONT HIRE HIM!

It’s incredible to read the other review that had a negative experience with his law firm Because it sounds just like my story. Lack of action, the feeling like you are begging or asking for something rather than paying for service. The lack of thorough explanation about the legal process and the simplicity of time your actual consequences seems to be a trademark of this lawyer. I am now confused because I don’t know if he was working for the DA office or if he was there to represent me and fight for my innocence because looking back, there was always a deal on the table, There was always an option of simplicity, as if he didn’t want to be bothered with this issue. I completely understand the result of those actions because a simple search and reading of the legal system lead me to understand the consequences of his lack of action, a convicted felon, taking the time to explain or looking into other options rather than a quick deal that he prosecutor to get out of the way. I’m not here to ask for anything from the justice system or from this man I’m here to prevent you from making a mistake if you’re reading this for an actual lawyer says if you feel like your second home then go ahead and hire him

I met this man a couple years ago when a friend of mine needed help and I'll tell you what from back then he was amazing but I ended up getting into some trouble and as soon as he received the phone call he jumped into action I used his bail man and I was out within a few hours and I had Mr Chris retained before I even was released I can sell you one thing about him when it comes to his clients he does not play around with the case that I had pending I was looking at doing many years but this man right here made sure that I received a phone call from him today with the best news ever that my case was dismissed I can never thank him enough too bad I can't make a cheesecake take in anymore but if you are ever in need of a great or one of the best I should say criminal defense attorneys call this man right here.

After contacting this law firm several times, I decided to go in for a consultation. Klarich, kept asking about the $250 Consultation Fee, multiple times and it was really annoying. Finally the day comes to consult at his office in Tustin, CA. The first thing he ask, guess what, yep the consultation fee. $250, this guy must not get a lot of action, because of the constant request of the $250. Now in all fairness he may have looked up the case info in regards to the History of Retained Attorneys and like all dishonest attorneys do, the lie. So previous attorneys would promise certain things and if they do not deliver then they are not getting paid. Like the 1st Attorney of Record was given $28,000 but requested $80,000 on Amended Charges and then this attorney had purposely colluded with the District Attorney and then we had fired him, then the next time in front of a Judge, he files a motion to withdraw and the Judge said, I do not think so, it was solely up to us to keep the attorney but who wants a sellout, so we let the attorney withdraw and he refunded $5000 for us to obtain another attorney. My stock portfolio reflects an earning of $250 every 20 minutes of an 8 hour day. This guy Klarich gets all stoked of $250, that shows me where his mindset is. He is researching and possibly even calling previous attorney's and checking the record so he considers this being protective but the truth is, that is all this guy thinks about, money, if he would have spent more time focused on the issues at hand we may have moved forward with this firm, besides it was the partner's son who I was more interested in and they give us this guy who is a total know it all but truthfully does not know much about the appellant process, yeah maybe general stuff but even I know that, but everything he said in reference to our questions was nothing new that we didn't already know. Also, since attorney's may look at the History of Cases, it would be only fair to look up the attorney's record or how many successful appeals an attorney may have and after the consultation, I did just that and for the amount of confidence he had shown does not reflect much in his success in the appellant courts realm but then again, not even the best of attorney's have any type of a successful record, but that is the nature of the beast in the appellant world.

Josh Camson is a wonderful attorney who isn’t afraid of a challenge. I found Josh doing a google search when trying to have my name expunged from the child line registry in PA. I incorrectly and unfairly was indicated as perpetrator in 2007 . I was very young and afraid to fight back because of the fear of losing my son. I thought that if Bucks county children and youth would indicate me when I clearly did nothing wrong after the other person admitted that my son was in their care that they would certainly not hesitate to do so. After calling many attorneys who specialize in this I began to loose hope because they all declined to take my case or did not call back at all. Josh called me personally and spent about a half hour discussing what I was trying to do, and the history involving this incident . I also had a timeline for when this needed to be done by (02/01/2020). Mr. Camson was empathetic , understanding , and confident he could help me and decided to take my case. I am so glad I found Josh on google. He was prompt replying via email, when I had an urgent issue he would call me back immediately. I was very anxious about this whole process and worried I would not have my clearance in time for my deadline. In the last 5 years Ken was helping me with my deferred DUI prosecution case. And today the case got dismissed and I completed the program, even after some hickup at the end of the term that almost got me sentenced, because of other attorney's misunderstanding and giving the wrong information to the judge.

Not only did Ken win my felony assault case, but he was able to get me back all my expenses spent over the charge! That was 10 years ago but I've always been able to call him at anytime since for legal advice on his cell! More expensive attorneys make me schedule a call back, even when they're representing me and are paid to give me advice! He's definitely the guy to call if you need someone to fight for you and not just take your money and tell you what you want to hear and send a paralegal to do the work you pay them for, which is what most attorneys do and Ken does himself.

Upon being charged with fraud, elder abuse and identity theft, I personally interviewed 5 lawyers to represent me. I was facing 10 years in prison.

Mr. Toale was hired to represent me for a very high profile case. During my representation, I was somewhat surprised to see that he worked overtime on my case, especially given my circumstances. During my incarceration, I noticed that most lawyers did not visit their clients often. For the most part, their lawyers did not answer calls or return them until weeks later. I did not have those issues "At No Point" during my eight month stay in the treacherous Orleans Parish Prison. To be honest, seeing what was happening around me, made me very proud to have an attorney like Mr. Toale. Mr. Toale made surprise visits all the time for very important reasons to show me that he was really working to help me regain my freedom.
I would describe him as being very thoughtful, confident and strategic. The process was tough and very confusing to me, but he made sure that I was fully aware of what was happening and most importantly, that I understood what was occurring throughout the entire ordeal. I'm sure it was frustrating to deal with someone like me, but he showed no signs of displeasure.
After a three year wait, the ending result of my case was spectacular for me. I could not have been more satisfied with the work he did for me and my family.

Mr. Toale has represented me and numerous employees and friends over the past 30 years for different types of cases. He only does criminal defense now but we begged him last year to represent us when we were sued by a former employee. He spent hours preparing our witnesses for trial. We know he cared about us and he has a strong drive to win. He anticipated the other side's every move. He was worth every penny we paid him and we won last month. The judge threw out the case and we paid nothing. He was amazing in court, the way he asked the other side's witnesses questions and objected to the other lawyer's questions. He made them look like the liars they were. He has always treated me and everyone I know fairly. We hired him about five years after he graduated from law school to collect bad debts for us and we call him whenever we need a lawyer. He and his office have always been friendly, available and very competent. His associate Kara has been available to us when Robert was not. She was also a great aid during the trial.

In 2011 after sitting on probation for 6 years out of no where I was going back to court for a crime I had thought I already did my time for. But since there are some really nasty county prosecutors that enjoy being the anti christ I found out otherwise anyways the state said since I hadn't paid the entire restitution amount owed to my victim for stealing her car that after being sentenced to jail time already served and 5 years of probation which was extended another year that I was going to prison mind you this was my only offense with no probation violations besides for not paying all the 10000 dollars which was a made up number by who knows. Brian found out that I had paid the victim back in full and the county was throwing me in prison because I owed a lil bit of money to gieco insurance. Well that's not a criminal act you cant be thrown into jail cause you didnt pay last months water bill. I wonder what they were using that extra money for I doubt Polk county have it to the victim who didnt want to see this even happen anyways I got to go home and the charge was dismissed and I was instantly off probation. I feel like Polk county violated my rights and the rights of many. Not only did brian work with me on the case he also made it affordable and never hounded me for the money I mean he drove to Polk county from saint paul twice for me and he didnt hate it or charge me for his time doing so. I cant be more thankful for having him in my corner when I was being victimized by our system. Like I said Marsden is the greatest lawyer hands down. Theres not a better one out here. On a side not dont hire jeff dean hes a thief and you will simply over pay a boat load and get less services. Love you brian always greatful.

Michelle has worked with me on two cases and was able to, ultimately, get both cases dismissed. In the first case she went above and beyond to get to know me and the particulars of my situation and used those details to obtain a successful outcome for me. In the other case she was able to suppress ion scan evidence (a swab of the doorknob of my apartment) on which the entire case against me was built. My wife was facing felony gun charges & an aggressive DA's office. The 1st attorney we hired was unacceptable. I recently went through some felony stuff after three years of thinking it had just disappeared. Biggest devastation of my life. I had gotten my life together after that and honestly thought I was going to prison after everything I had accomplished after my horrible mistakes. Kimberly was very supportive and honest with me. Even though I didn't get the outcome I was expecting (or her for that matter.. lets just say the judge didn't like me at all and has a bad reputation) I still didn't end up in PRISON or actual jail for that matter. Work release for 90 days (60 with good time) so I am able to maintain my job and my life. She always responds to me emails right away and, like I mentioned, is VERY supportive. Just spoke to this law firm, I would not reconnect this law firm. Stay far away. Their first duty is to the court, if a judge tells any one of their lawyers not to wear a certain suit again they will bend over backwards. Their duty is not in the best interest of the child but to the court first! Do not hire this firm, they will not argue your case in court. They will let the judge violate your rights and help them do it. When I heard this from their attorney during the consultation I immediately asked where is the duty to your client and the best interest of the child? She hung up. When a lawyers says their first duty is to the court that means you should run! Don’t be to quick to hire an attorney, look around ask questions because lawyers like these will backstab their clients!
